Job description:  

At West Rome Baptist Church we are a family of disciples making disciples.  What we do is help people become disciples by making three critical connections.  A connection to God through a growing personal relationship with Jesus.  A connection to God’s people in a joint pursuit of becoming more like Jesus.  A connection to God’s purpose of helping others become disciples.  The role of the Executive Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator is to assist the Lead Pastor and Connections Minister in all aspects of their ministries.  In addition, as Volunteer Coordinator to assist in the development and implementation of a strategic process for identifying, assessing, and equipping volunteer leadership.
